Connecting Researchers and Biomedical Data

Bioinformatics Hub Open House

The Bioinformatics Hub at the Snyder Institute is hosting an Open House to strengthen connections with researchers across the University of Calgary. During this event, we will introduce our workflow for Oxford Nanopore sequencing data, including how we evaluated and benchmarked a wide range of community tools. We will also highlight the Griffin-Pipeline, our reproducible and version-controlled framework available on GitHub.

Join us to explore how we support biomedical research through robust bioinformatics solutions.

We will also host a hands-on workshop focused on microbiome data analysis. Participants at the Open House will have early access to workshop registration, and space is limited. We look forward to welcoming you.
